Highway 91 is a total of 23km. It starts at a junction with Highway 99 in Delta as the Annacis Highway, and goes north to a junction with Highway 10. It then continues north over the Alex Fraser Bridge onto Annacis Island. It then crosses the Annacis Channel Bridge into Richmond, where it is designated as the Richmond Freeway or East-West Connector. After crossing into Richmond, Highway 91 starts going west. It travels in this direction through a junction with Highway 91A, and continues west to its ending at a junction with Highway 99 in Richmond.
