It consists of a small highway exit leading into Subway Town, and an area underneath this highway made up of rubble and trash that gives the player access to the Blue Line Station. The sewer hatch is located to the right of the exit coming from the Eastern Wasteland, which is arguably still in the Open Territory, although when coming from the wastes, the Subway Town territory flashes after passing it.
