Rear Admiral (Lower Half) Emogene Burgess (June 23rd, 2525—May 5th, >>REDACTED<<) was a human and commissioned officer of the United Nations Space Command Navy. Born to well-to-do parents in the port city of New Trabzon, Mare Erythraeum, Mars, in the Sol System, Burgess progressed through public schooling and enrolled in the Vékézon Naval Academy in Vékézon, Mare Erythraeum, for four years, after which she was commissioned into the UNSC Navy as an Ensign.
