Ralph Fletcher Seymour (18 March 1876 – 1 January 1966) was an American graphic artist and author, with a long and distinguished career in book design and illustration and craft publishing. In a brief period around the turn of the twentieth century, Seymour was involved with the books of L. Frank Baum. He provided illustrations for Baum's privately-printed poetry collection By the Candelabra's Glare (1898), he hand-lettered Baum's Father Goose (1899), and he designed and illustrated Baum's American Fairy Tales (1901).
