RHNS Phantom was a light cruiser of the Republic of Haven Navy. In 1920 PD, she was part of a Havenite force that conducted a reconnissance-in-force of the Zanzibar System in the early days of the Second Havenite-Manticoran War. She was destroyed by missile fire during the course of the raid. (HH11)
