Shirt has short or three-quarter length set-in sleeves, short sleeves turned back turned back to form cuffs. Patch pockets, attached self-collar or detachable contrast collar. Front neck opening, with or without applied bias band and ribbon bow. Skirt has pleat at back. Skirt and pants expand at front by means of tape strap and tie strings.
