International Original Taekwon-Do Federation (IOTF). Founded by Sr. Grand Master Len G. Kirschbaum on June 17, 2002. The IOTF was formed to continue the legacy of Choi, Hong Hi (1918-2002) and to teach and spread Taekwon-Do throughout the world without the politics that hinder most organizations. The IOTF conducts business internationally and welcomes all Ch'ang Hun practitioners to join our continuing efforts to bring unity to Choi Hong Hi's original concepts of Taekwon-Do. It is our hope and dream to share our skills with the world and to offer an opportunity for others to share their skills with us.
