This effect can be gained by wearing any piece of armor from the Shade Harness Set. Like all Killer traits, this trait gives the possessor a chance to intimidate any Empty-type mob he/she is attacking. This chance is rolled whenever the creature attacks the one with the Empty Killer trait. Also like all Killer effects, Empty Killer's chance to go off is modified by CHR.
