Dimitry was an Robotech Expeditionary Force SFA-5 Conbat pilot in Yellow Squadron and the wingman of Lance Belmont. He fought in the First Earth Reclamation Force and was shot down. One year later, Belmont found him; he had been experimented upon by the Invid occupiers. Dmitry elected to choose death after what happened, and stayed behind to detonate the engines of their Garfish class cruiser, destroying the Invid Hive.
