Peridot Colony was a human colony. The Army of the Jihad had no presence in the area. It became a battlefield early in the Butlerian Jihad. The Colony was attacked by the Thinking Machines in 188 BG. Most of the towns were trampled and the inhabitants murdered and settlements became unusable. The few survivors to be rescued were transported to Giedi Prime.
