"It's all over! You're finished!" —Mike Haggar Final Haggar Buster is Haggar's Level 3 Hyper Combo. It initiates with a short range grapple attack. If this connects, Haggar suplexes the opponent, picks them up again, and spins them around by their legs before throwing them into the air. Haggar then jumps up to the opponent, grabs them and performs a finishing piledriver.
