High Priest was the second icon created for Halloween Horror Nights 2 at Universal Studios Singapore. He roamed the streets of the scare zone called Bizarre Bazaar, which was located in the Ancient Egypt area. He was an Ancient Egyptian priest. He, Doctor Dementia, and the Undertaker were the supporting icons of the event and the Puppet Master's henchmen.
