was a Yūgumo-class destroyer of the Imperial Japanese Navy. On 7 July 1944, Tamanami was escorting the tanker Kokuyo Maru from Singapore towards Manila, Philippines. She was torpedoed by USS Mingo (SS-261), west-southwest of Manila (). Tamanami blew up and sank with all hands.
