Diamondcane Emma formed in September 2 near Virginia,Whatever that was in its path was turned into diamond. It hit Virginia(and West too)on September 3 which made those states very happy as there were lot of diamonds. It dissipated at dawn of September 4. Although it was strong. Diamondcanes usually last for 2/3 days and 4 days at the most
