The Colovian Signet Ring is an item in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It belonged to count Ormellius Goldwine, the Count of Kvatch before he was killed during the Daedric invasion of Kvatch. It is typically given to the Count of Kvatch when he is crowned.
