Doopy is an untameable, Legendary level 25 Tundra Penguin battle pet in Icecrown. After defeating him, Doopy drops a Frost-Tipped Eggshell which, when turned in to the Brawler's Guild, allows you to purchase the Challenge Card: Dippy and Doopy, which lets you fight both Dippy and Doopy in the arena.
