Brigadier Colin Darkmere was a member of the New Republic Intelligence Service, and part of the Intelligence Operations Command. During Operation Shadow Hand, Darkmere was tasked with information gathering concerning the Galactic Empire's newest weapon, the World Devastator. In the aftermath of Operation Shadow Hand, Darkmere was in charge of three field command teams, under Captain Kushone, Commander Daclo Koat-xi, and Colonel Keltric. After the Battle of Calamari, Darkmere authored a memo to the New Republic Provisional Council warning of the possibility of a continued Imperial campaign as well as the likely of further World Devastator attacks.
