Rokar was a substance used by Arienic peoples such as "The Enlightened". Although the Arienic peoples somehow became extinct, their manuscripts did not. After Imperial archaeologists descended onto Arien for knowledge and discovery, they found that the Arienic peoples were an advanced group of sentients, although they hadn't made spacefaring technology. The Arienic peoples advanced in science the most, and their greatest achievement could've been rokar.
