The Woogia Star Navy's three Kensington-Class Flagships are used as the Mobile Command Centers for each of the WSN's three fleets. The Commander of each ship is the Fleet Admiral, who can issue orders to any ship in his/her respective fleet. The three Kensington-class ships are the largest in the Star Navy.
