Zale's Galactic Maps was a map company owned by Damana Zale, a Besalisk merchant. The slogan of Zale's was "cheapest maps this side of Kessel!," as there were no shops of Zale's east of Kessel, and the maps sold for three credits apiece. The maps, however, ranged from helpful but very vague—Zale's map of Hutt Space showed no hyperspace routes—to completely inaccurate—Zale's map of the galaxy had almost every planet in the wrong place, and the scale and compass were both wrong.
