A list of non traditionally animated sequences/stock footage in Fish. They are used mostly as cutaway gags and for comic effect. Common live action scenes include live action fish, explosions, animal stampedes or attacks, closeups of real life things (such as an eel's head and a nut getting dropped into the sea), and photoshopped live action objects (such as the bottles in the Bottle Song, from the Season 2 episode "Bottle".) Stop motion is also used for comedic purposes, and the show within a show Steven loves to watch is animated this way. It also had live action puppet sequences as interstitials in season 3 and season 4.
