John Branwell is an actor who appeared in Coronation Street as Ed Malone in 1996 and 1997 and as an unnamed Private Investigator in 2009. He is best known for appearing in the recurring roles of DI Tom Keysell in Emmerdale and Spelbush in The Return of the Antelope, and for his credits in the films Rebecca and West is West. Branwell made his acting debut in the TV movie The Bells of Astercote in 1980.
