Owned by the Democratic National Committee in the Main Universe, an organization dedicated to the subjugation of all other Universes in the Omniverse, Universe 51 is dedicated solely to cultivating Rice to feed only the Universes that the Democratic National Committee sees fit. It is inhabited solely by rice growing slaves. During the Vietnam War it was unsuccessfully invaded by Kenyans, whom the DNC was starving out to force their allegiance.
