The B'wa Kell is a group of criminal Goblins. They are first seen in The Arctic Incident. The only B'wa Kell members ever specifically addressed are: Lieutenant Poll, Lieutenant Nyle, D'nall, Aymon, and the Goblin Triad consisting of General Scalene, General Sputa, and General Phlebum. Opal Koboi and Briar Cudgeon used them in the The Arctic Incident. They tricked the B'wa Kell into attacking the LEP with illegal Softnose Lasers powered by batteries smuggled by humans. In The Opal Deception, General Scalene is involuntarily part of Opal Koboi's plan to murder Julius Root.
