The Linear Men also known as The Hunters were a Black Ops Team who worked under the command of The Time Masters who hunted down The Time Masters Enemies. One of The Teams most well known Enemies was The Forgotten Heroes which they briefly fought in a war against and lost extremely badly with having their whole Team destroyed. They also fought and lost against Jonah Hex an ally of The Forgotten Heroes as well.
