The Hereditary President of the People's Republic of Haven was the head of the Havenite government under the DuQuesne Plan, in term for life. The office of the President was located above the Promenade of the People in Nouveau Paris. (HH3) The President had a military cabinet that assisted in the running of the republic. In 1900 PD, Sidney Harris held the office. (HH1) After his assassination in 1905 PD, power was taken over by the Committee of Public Safety under chairman Rob S. Pierre and the office of Hereditary President ceased to exist. (HH3)
