Dedicated to bringing fugitives to justice, Captis has travelled the stars working for a variety of planets. Is unrelenting when chasing a target, to the point of obsession. Is unforgiving of those who chose to run from justice. Originally from Nebulos, Captis left to take his skills out into the universe, chasing fugitives across the galaxy. His single minded attitude when trying to catch a target can sometimes make him fail to see other trouble around him.
