Ralph has the same head-shot as fellow mascot Stuart Chalmers, as they have the same costume and thumbnail pose. He has the same facial structure as Johnson Pai. Ralph's name is randomized when Sim State University is generated. The name "Ralph Midlock" is only referenced in the game files.
