Marlon Hicks worked under Sam Bosco at the CBI. He was brutally murdered by Red John in "His Red Right Hand" while looking for medical information on two victims of Red John. He was found dead in the office of Towlen Morning, the doctor who had been found dead, naked, and recently thawed out, presumably by Red John, at the beginning of the episode.
