Rachel Rowley was a nurse who worked in London in 2005. Rowley grew up in the 1980s and went to school with Miranda Dawkins. In 2005, Rowley was looking after Marnal in his old age when he regenerated into a younger body. Rowley helped Marnal hide this from his adoptive human family and in finding the Eighth Doctor.
