Venus Doom is the sixth full length album by HIM released on September 14th, 2007 in Finland through Helsinki Music Company and the later in Germany, Ireland and Sweden on the 17th through WEA International. The U.S. release came on September 18th through Sire Records. This is the third HIM album to not feature Ville Valo on the cover. Instead, it features a painting by artist David Harouni.
