Morrell is an area in Downtown that is located on the west side of the district, south of Creston Heights and north of Vauxton, as well as west of Center Park. it is beleived by some of the residents that their neighbourhood is often overlooked in favor of Park East. It is also affected by the residential gang known as the Warriors, which are led by Sonny.
