Gary Edward Lucy (born 27 November, 1981 in Chigwell, Essex), is an English television actor and model, best known for his role as TDC Will Fletcher on ITV police drama The Bill, as Kyle Pascoe on Footballers' Wives and on Channel Four teen soap Hollyoaks, as Luke Morgan.
