The Four Bladed Axe is a weapon that can be found in dungeon scrolls. It is one of the six level 75+ scroll weapons so the player must be at least level 75 or over to find it. In the game, the Fourblade axe is a very large axe-type weapon. It has a black handle with four small blades protruding from four points of its base. Like all other scroll weapons it is more powerful than the average weapons and usually requires about three to seven runestones to summon. The Fourblade Axe is most commonly found in its Mindfire form. There have been no sightings of the Fourblade Axe in its Flaming form.
