The Chief Blue Meanie is the leader of all the Meanies in Yellow Submarine. He and the other Meanies take over Pepperland, but are defeated by The Beatles. He now has pink flowers on his furry, blue body. The Blue Meanie appeared in The Yellow Submarine as an antagonist, but ends up as a friend to The Beatles.
