Willfred wanted to join the Weegee Search Squad, and he needed lots of training. He applied once and couldn't pass the initial test. His willpower for freedom kept him going, however, and he trained himself. He applied again and passed, but he also half-pleased and half-annoyed everyone. He pleased everyone with his willpower and determination, but he annoyed everyone because he would never shut up about freedom. He got assigned to the Far-Northern region of the United 'Gees Galaxy.
