Wolf was present aboard the Venator-class cruiser, Executioner, when it was attacked by a CIS frigate containing Cad Bane. Cad Bane attacked the ship, and before the commanding Jedi Knight was captured, he ordered everyone to abandon ship, but Wolf stayed and escaped the cruiser after it crashed on the planet Vassek. CC-9797 was also present on Geonosis and was in "Operation: Fetch the Ball." He, along with Wolfpack Squadron infiltrated and enemy base and retrieved data that lead to the Invasion of Geonosis. Later, CC-9797 participated in the Battle of Vanqor.
