Kill Necromancer Telura Ulver is a Mages Guild quest available in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. It is initiated by speaking to Skink-in-Tree's-Shade, who is usually found at Wolverine Hall. The Nerevarine must kill Telura Ulver, a former member of the guild who has since become a necromancer.
