CC-38/0204, nicknamed "Skinner", and later ILB-0204, was a clone trooper commander in the 702nd Division, and later an Imperial Linebreaker in the Wrath of the Empire squadron. He was an expert at weapons and knew how to deal a heavy payload. Like all clones, Skinner was born on Kamino, a planet deleted from Jedi charts. Skinner, along with CT-23/0777 "Rouss" and CT-55/1296 "Deathwish," were stationed on Cehmorr, Vokis, and other planets during the Clone Wars.
