The "Class Compendium: The Arcanist" article in Dragon 401 added the evocation and zone keywords to winter's wrath. The article also modified the zone's effect from granting concealment to causing lightly obscured conditions, and changed the zone's timing from dealing damage to creatures that start their turns inside it to dealing damage to creatures that end their turns inside it. The December 2011 update finalized these changes.
