Ruth Field was a sports stadium in Pike City on Cestus III. It was the home field of the Pike City Pioneers of the Cestus Baseball League. The stadium was damaged by the Gorn when they attacked Pike City during the Dominion War. A recovered piece was displayed at the Pioneer Pub. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation) Ruth Field was employed as a supplemental hospital for refugees of the Borg Invasion of 2381. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny) Ruth Field was presumably named for baseball legend Babe Ruth.
