The Ratcicle is a boss in Crash: Mind Over Mutant and it has eight hitpoints. The fight will start when Crash walks into an area with a river; the Ratcicle will be standing at the other side and then it will sneeze, freezing the river. Then it walks to the other side and the fight starts. Once Crash defeats the Ratcicle, he can jack it and get to the other side of the river.
