The Technology Suit is a suit upgrade for Robin and Nightwing unlocked in the first level of the game. This allows them to operate green tech panels to control specific items using a hacking device built in to their backpacks, once they have hacked in, they can control that thing using several buttons on the control panel. Upgrades for this are to make a decoy (a non-moving clone) to take your place while you're busy. The decoy can't move but enemies will still attack it. The red brick for the upgrade is in the twelfth hero level, Little Fun at the Big Top.
