Krin D'bis was a Kel Dor female member of the Jedi Order during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. She trained at the Almas Jedi Academy, where she specialized as a Jedi Guardian, and, after participating in the Jedi Trials, graduated and became a Jedi Knight. A short time afterward, D'bis and the Jawa Jedi Consular Akial were sent to represent the Academy at a celebration that was going to be held at Greentree Pointe resort on Dorumaa, the moon of Almas.
