Zylstra also directed episodes of Sesame Street beginning in Season 38. She won an Emmy for Outstanding Directing In A Children's Series in 2007, along with Ted May, Emily Squires, Victor Dinapoli, Ken Diego, Lisa Simon, Jim Martin, and Kevin Clash. Her directing credits also include episodes of the new revival series of The Electric Company.
