Lavender Water is a commonly found item in Clock Tower 3. It reduces Alyssa's Panic Meter to zero in a short period of time. It is a common, yet valued item, and is mainly used when Alyssa's Panic Meter is dangerously high, and/or if she has fallen into Panic. It is also used as a Sentimental Item in the Hamilton House.
