The Texas Rangers are a baseball team that has played in Arlington since 1971 when the Minnesota Twins (before known as the Washington Senators) moved to Texas. The team had limited success until recently as the team as been competitive and made the playoffs for the last several seasons. Over the years, the team has been featured in numerous team sets. Some have been produced by the major baseball card manufacturers, while others have come from independent groups.
