Vandor, also referred to as the Vandor Confederacy, was a technologically advanced political entity outside direct Federation control, but close to its border. It had a population of around 20 million. Vandor was involved in a number of conflicts with Teal, which they resolved through the Teal-Vandor Convention to minimise disruption and loss of life.
