Mark Powley (born 4th October 1963, Essex) is an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale in 1999 as Liam Hammond, illegitimate so of the late Frank Tate. His other credits include The Bill, Next of Kin, Birds of a Feather, Life of Riley, Casualty, Hollyoaks, Doctors, The Tunnel and Lewis. Mark's daughter Bel Powley is also an actress, who has previously appeared in CBBC's M.I. High as well as Benidorm and she has starred in movies such as The Diary of a Teenage Girl.
