The Constitution of the People's Galactic Alliance consists of three articles, written and legislated in chronological order. The first article, written just before the first PGA elections, governs individual civil rights. The second concerns the powers of the executive branch, including their means of election and removal. The third governs the power and authority of the People's Galactic Alliance Forces (PGAF). The legislature never officially drafted a planned fourth article governing its own powers.
